Chris Eler is President and Chief Executive Officer of State Capital, preceded by his father, John Eler, grandfather, Wellington 'Duke' Eler and great grandfather, Fred Eler. Chris brings nearly a lifetime of title, lending and legal expertise to the Company and has held roles in accounting and information technology. He continues to build upon his family's legacy as a leading provider of public records information services by harnessing the technology of today to ensure accurate and expedient results.

Craig J. Goettler, Esquire, has been with the Company since 1994. Before joining State Capital, he was General Counsel of Crestmont Federal Savings and Loan Association and a customer of State Capital for more than 15 years. He maintains 25+ years of practical legal experience with Mortgage Foreclosures and Real Estate and 10 years of experience with Tax Foreclosure, Quiet Title and Partitions.

Jim Bates, Esquire, is the Vice President of Business Development at State Capital and has been an integral member of the Company for over 15 years. Responsible for the Company's growth strategy and new client acquisitions, Jim frequents industry events to stay ahead of the latest in public records searches. Prior to State Capital, he maintained leadership roles at Thompson Reuters, Winner Automotive Group and Ford Motor Company.

Marc Smith is Vice President of Technology and Infrastructure at State Capital and has been a vital asset to the Company for the last 13 years. Marc manages the Company's development team, which oversees the development and maintenance of software applications and data management, consistently taking bold strides to evolve State Capital's products and services. Marc's experience includes over 11 years in various roles with the National Hockey League, including serving as their Senior Director of Application Development.
